Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement is concluded between Derin Akademi Eğitim Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“the Company”), whose registered office is at İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sokak Quick Tower Sitesi No:8-10D, Ataşehir / İstanbul 34752, Türkiye, and individuals using our platform (“the User”). All services offered on the derinakademi.net domain are subject to these terms.

2. Creating an Account and Responsibilities

An account is required for full access to the platform. When opening an account:

• You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account
• You may not transfer or lend your account to anyone else

If you believe your security has been compromised, contact derin@derinakademi.net immediately.

3. Services and Access

Derin Akademi is an online training platform offering video lessons, interactive exercises, live classes, mentoring and certificate programmes.

Access Conditions

• Purchased courses grant lifetime access for personal use
• Content may be used for personal education purposes only
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable for infrastructure maintenance or technical reasons
• Cancellation and postponement terms for live classes and mentoring programmes are stated separately

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — video lessons, texts, images, software code and design elements — belongs to Derin Akademi or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

• Copying, distributing, publishing or selling the content is strictly prohibited
• Screenshots or recordings of the content may not be taken
• Derivative works may not be created from the content

5. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of your account:

• Any action that threatens platform security (hacking, scraping and similar)
• Harassing, threatening or harming other users
• Creating a false identity or acting on someone else’s behalf
• Sending spam, advertising or unsolicited content
• Redistributing or selling content for commercial purposes
• Sharing copyrighted material without permission
• Any use contrary to applicable law

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT.

Refund Conditions

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Live classes and purchases made under a campaign are outside the scope of refunds
• To request a refund, write to derin@derinakademi.net

7. Limitation of Liability

Derin Akademi cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from platform outages, data loss or problems originating from third-party services. Uninterrupted operation of the platform is not guaranteed; however, all necessary technical measures are taken to maintain high availability.

8. Changes

Derin Akademi reserves the right to change these Terms of Use with prior notice. Material changes will be announced by email and by a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
